Benefits
To meet the needs of our staff, and to protect the welfare of our employees, AAG offers a choice of benefit plans and levels of coverage, including flexible healthcare benefits, 401k retirement plan with matching funds, as well as holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Medical Coverage:  We provide Aetna PPO plans which give nationwide coverage to our employees.    

Dental Coverage:  We provide Aetna's Dental plan, which offers excellent dental coverage for a wide variety of dental services.    

Vision Coverage:  Our plan provides coverage for eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.

Life Insurance:  Our plan also covers life insurance for our employees.

Investments, Retirement and Bonus Plans: AAG’s savings, investments and retirement plan is a tax-deferred, defined contribution plan with two parts:

• 401K Plan.  AAG offers a 401K plan with Merrill Lynch.  This plan provides a wide range of investment options for tax savings with an employer match contribution.
• Bonus Plan in which the firm can make an annual contribution on top of a staff member's eligible salary.
